Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Bloomcare reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Due to the nature of our products, including oils and other personal care and hair care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the product is expired, damaged, leaked, or received in an unacceptable condition. To be eligible for a return, the customer must notify Bloomcare within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with the original invoice and clear images or videos showing the issue. Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund. Bloomcare reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or replacement.

 

Once the return request is approved and the product is received and verified, Bloomcare will process a replacement or refund as applicable. Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, depending on the payment provider or bank. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Bloomcare shall not be responsible for allergic reactions, individual sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with the product results, as outcomes may vary from person to person. Customers are advised to read product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before making a purchase.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
